Hi, I’m Lisa Wills, your Mortgage Professional. I absolutely love what I do, working with you to find the right fit with your mortgage needs. I have a background working with people from all walks of life in areas of not only home mortgages, but counseling and business management. Knowing your big picture is what helps me guide you towards the mortgage product that fits your unique situation. My mortgage experience centers on VA loans, helping members of our wonderful military. I also love working with first time home buyers & refinances as well as matching other loan products to you.
I previously worked in the music industry in Beverly Hills and travelled to over 16 countries around the world. I eventually chose Denver as my home where I hosted a radio show and ran mental health support groups for women in transition. I’ve had different writing published and have been able to work closely with people in crisis and transitions in their own lives. I pride myself in understanding people’s specific needs from an innate sense and how I can help them through the loan process with the utmost integrity and sensitivity.
I adore my 3 children; Brandon (22), Evan (20) and my beautiful Ethiopian adopted daughter Tigist (11). I stay in my “sweet spot” by writing my Travel Memoir book, learning new songs on my vintage guitar and bottling my small batch homemade Italian Limoncello which I call “Sunshine in a Bottle”.
At First Colony Mortgage, we run a tight ship. You can rest assured that the process will be efficient all the way to closing on your loan. I look forward to walking you through the process from start to finish as your loan officer.
Lisa was always available for every question I had no matter what time of day. It was convienent to be able to just shoot a text to her when I had a quick question and she always responded promptly. With Lisa's excellent work I was able to place a bid on a house and closed two weeks later. She gave sound advice about my finances for what I could and should not do until I close on the house with my so-so credit to avoid having anything go wrong at closing. I would deffinatley recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a home loan.
