Hi, I’m Austin Wade. I was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley, and in 2016 I married my high school sweetheart. Shortly after, we relocated to St. George to start our lives together, and today we’re raising our two beautiful daughters here in Southern Utah. We love everything about the outdoors—especially exploring the red rock through hiking and mountain biking adventures.
I began my career in the mortgage industry with First Colony Mortgage in 2016, and I’m proud to say it’s the only mortgage company I’ve ever worked for. Over the years, I’ve found this industry to be the perfect fit for me. What can often feel overwhelming and complex, I strive to make simple and stress-free for my clients. Helping families achieve their dream of homeownership brings me great joy. Beyond the numbers, I’m passionate about teaching and educating buyers, empowering them to feel confident and informed every step of the way.
