Hello, my name is Brenda Avalos.
I have been in the mortgage industry since 2020 and since then have worked in different departments. I love helping homebuyers make their dreams come true, I have such a soft spot for first time homebuyers. I love the process of guiding borrowers through building credit or adjusting their budget to qualify for a home. I am knowledgeable in manufactured home products and the down payment assistance programs for those who need them. Some of the qualities I have are determination, honesty, and the love of helping those around me not only in the mortgage industry but outside of it as well. I also am fluent in Spanish. In my free time I am keeping busy chasing my 3 children around in all the different activities they are involved in and watching my daughter play sports. We also love to travel and experience new places and things.
