Hi there! I’m Dawn Porter, residing in Scottsdale, Arizona, and proudly juggling the roles of a mom to three adult children, two dogs, and two cats – my very own little zoo.
During my free time, you can find me at church, cherishing moments with my kids, embarking on road trips, or simply taking leisurely walks with my dogs and engaging in playtime with the cats. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I also harbor a deep love for Renaissance Faires, where I’m affectionately known as a Pirate. Our ren faire group actively engages in charity work, assisting Choc Hospitals in California and Arizona.
In the professional realm, I bring 35 years of experience as a loan officer in the mortgage banking brokerage industries. Throughout my career, I’ve worn various hats, including 6 years in processing, 5 years as an underwriter, 11 years in appraisal, and 21 years as an acting notary. My enthusiasm for the mortgage industry knows no bounds, and I take joy in its diverse offerings. Specializing in first-time buyers, investment purchases, refinancing, debt consolidation, VA, Jumbo, and other specialty products, I currently serve as the Loan Officer/Assistant to Team Stewart. I manage all pipelines and diligently work on loans daily.
