Hi, I’m Felix Vivanco. I’m a Senior Loan Officer at First Colony Mortgage, based in Lehi and serving families across the Wasatch Front. I specialize in new construction, first-time homebuyers, FHA, VA, USDA, and down payment assistance programs—and I’m proud to serve English and Spanish speaking clients. I got into this industry because I believe homeownership changes lives, and I’ve built my career around making that process simple, transparent, and stress-free. Whether it’s walking a first-time buyer through their options or helping a family lock in the right rate on a new build, I bring the same energy to every deal: clear communication, fast follow-up, and no surprises. Outside of work, I’m all about family, fitness, and the outdoors. I grew up in Utah, and I love this community — helping people put down roots here is the best part of what I do.
