I have been in the mortgage industry for 35 years, with the first half of my career in Community Banking. Over the years, I have elevated to become an expert on investment property lending and have funded thousands of transactions in multiple states. Because of this hard work I was able to make the Top 1% Mortgage Originators in the US and was invited as a guest on William Shatners Show, “Moving America Forward”, discussing investment property financing. I tell people this was my 14 minutes of fame.
