Hi, I’m Steve Cowan. With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I am passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Throughout my career, I have specialized in assisting first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, real estate investors, and clients with unique financing needs. My commitment to exceptional communication, honesty, and personalized service allows me to guide clients confidently through every step of the loan process. Outside of my mortgage career, I am the Co-Owner and Director of the Kevin Randleman Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to carrying on the legacy of Kevin Randleman. Kevin was known for his kindness, generosity, and ability to lift up those around him through simple acts of compassion. Following his passing, his wife Elizabeth transformed that spirit into a mission to help others. What began as a small wrestling tournament in Las Vegas has grown into a foundation that provides opportunities, scholarships, sponsorships, and support for young athletes pursuing their dreams. It is an honor to work alongside Elizabeth to continue Kevin’s legacy and make a positive impact on the lives of others. When I’m not helping clients secure financing or supporting the foundation’s mission, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Ginny, and our family, playing golf, following sports, and traveling whenever we get the opportunity. Building lasting relationships and helping people achieve their goals—whether through homeownership or community support—is what drives me every day.
