Once your mortgage account has been successfully set up, we are here to ensure the process is smooth, simple, and stress-free. Below is what you can expect:
• We strive to transfer loans with a long-term servicer as soon as possible. When your loan is moved to a long-term servicer, you will receive a service transfer notice. This will let you know the following highlights: When the service transfer is happening, who the new servicer is, and the new servicer contact information.
• If we do not transfer your loan approximately 15 days prior to your payment due date, we will send you a payment notice. This will include how to make your payment and when the payment is due.
