Loan Programs Loan Process Required Documentation

Standard required documentation for a home loan includes:

  • Past two years W-2 or 1099 statements (whichever applies)
  • Past two years tax forms – including all schedules and statements
  • Latest statement for any stock, 401k, or IRA accounts
  • For a refinance, a copy of the deed and insurance statement
  • Two most recent monthly bank statements
  • Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
  • Copy of driver’s license

For individuals that currently own real estate:

  • Most recent home owners insurance statement for each property
  • Most recent real estate tax statement for each property
  • Current rental agreement (if property is a rental)

For self-employed borrowers:

  • Two (2) years signed personal & business tax returns including all schedules
